Who We Are
We started IndustrialServiceParts.com because we saw the same problem over and over: small manufacturers losing production time waiting for parts that should have been available in days, not weeks.
Our Story
The maintenance managers we work with are experienced, capable people running lean operations. When a part fails, they know exactly what they need — they just can't get it. The OEM wants 8 weeks and a premium price. The drawings are gone. The equipment is 20 years old.
We built IndustrialServiceParts.com to be the answer to that call. We're a machine shop and fabrication facility that specializes in reverse-engineering replacement parts for production equipment. We come to your facility, measure what you have, and manufacture what you need.
We started with the industries we know best — twine, polymers, textiles, extrusion, winding, and packaging — and we're expanding to serve small manufacturers of all types. If you run production equipment and need replacement parts, we want to talk.
Our commitment is simple: the first call is free, the first factory visit is free, and we don't start charging until you've approved a written quote. We earn your business by solving your problem, not by billing for the conversation.
How We Work
We don't ask you to ship a broken part and hope for the best. We come to your facility, see the equipment, and understand the context. That's how we get it right.
We built our entire process around the reality that maintenance managers rarely have drawings. We reverse-engineer from what you have — broken, worn, or corroded.
We manufacture in our own shop. We don't broker jobs to other facilities. Our machinists build it, our inspectors check it, and we stand behind it.
We tell you what it costs before we start. No surprises. If we can't beat OEM pricing by a meaningful margin, we'll tell you that too.
Industries We Serve
We target companies under 200 employees where the maintenance manager wears multiple hats and doesn't have time to chase down parts. Our sweet spot is specialty manufacturing where equipment is old, parts are scarce, and downtime is expensive.
Our Commitment
We don't charge for the conversation. We don't charge for the site visit. We don't start billing until you've approved a written quote. That's how we build trust — by showing up before we ask for anything.
