How It Works
Six steps. No drawings required. Starts with a free phone call and a free factory visit. Ends with a replacement part that fits and works.
Free phone evaluation — no charge, no obligation
Tell us about the part and the equipment it came from. Describe what failed and what you need. We'll ask a few questions and tell you honestly whether we can help. Most calls take 15–20 minutes. If we're the right fit, we schedule the factory visit.
What Happens
Free on-site factory visit — we evaluate in person
If the job warrants it — and most do — we come to your facility. We look at the equipment, measure the broken part, and understand the operating environment. This is how we get it right the first time. We don't guess from a phone description.
What Happens
Precision reverse engineering — full dimensional capture
Back in our shop, we use precision instruments and CMM equipment to capture every dimension of your part. We create full documentation — tolerances, surface finishes, material specifications, and any special features. This becomes your part record, retained on file for future orders.
What Happens
Firm price and lead time before we start
We send you a written quote with a firm price and a committed delivery date. No surprises. If you want to discuss the quote or ask questions, we're available. You don't pay anything until you approve the quote and we start production.
What Happens
Manufactured in our shop — not outsourced
We manufacture your part in our own facility. We don't broker work to other shops. Our machinists and fabricators build it, inspect it, and stand behind it. In-process inspection at critical stages. Final inspection with documentation before it ships.
What Happens
Delivered on time — with documentation
Your part ships on the committed date with full inspection documentation. If you've set up a stocking program, we keep spares on the shelf so future replacements ship the same day you call. Your part record stays on file — reorders are fast.
What Happens
The first call is free. No commitment. Just tell us about your part.
